Defanse Housing is a large-scale mixed-use district in Yerevan, located on Tichina Street, in close proximity to the North–South Highway. The project covers 140 hectares, with around 40 hectares allocated to a central forest park and another 25 hectares to green areas between residential buildings and courtyards. The district will be developed in several phases and will include residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, a business center, sports and shopping facilities, as well as medical centers.
